I have 20 years of experience in consulting, telecom, tech, insurance, and digital marketing — and I’ve worn many functional hats I tend to pull from. I take an approach of first focusing on your inward transformation. Then, we outline together practical strategies you can adapt to your unique situation.

I have been naturally coaching since managing direct teams throughout my 20+ year career. Within the last seven years, I have become certified in Executive Presence and have been professionally trained in Executive Coaching, Business Coaching, and most recently, Women-Centered Transformational Coaching.
